Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, assisting with inquiries, policy changes, claims support, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, billing, and claims processes.
Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
Process claims information, coordinate with claims adjusters, and follow up on claim status updates.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and claims departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Educate customers on insurance products and services to help them make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
